Tend to agree Realist, and was my same intial reaction. But, I work in a high-rise office building (not NY). Scares me to death that a potential tenant above or below me could have 6,000 gallons of fuel 6-10 feet above my head. Was there a zoning issue or permits granted for this?
While basements or other similar areas may normally be built to house this sort of equipment, I would guess most internal space meant for office-type tenants wouldn’t be.
