Further, taxes of any kind, will increase the exodus of the wealthy as they have the means to move. The result will be further increases in taxes & fees on the middle class who cannot move. The middle class in NYS is already being crippled by long term unemployment & underemployment.
When the wealthy leave, they also take the jobs with them.
