Why does this continue to be a problem? All they have to do is tax their millionaires & Billionaires for their fair share and end unemployment and poverty for all time.

Little Frog-How do you plan to tax millionaires & billionaires that already have left NYS this year to other states? Further, taxes of any kind, will increase the exodus of the wealthy as they have the means to move. The result will be further increases in taxes & fees on the middle class who cannot move. The middle class in NYS is already being crippled by long term unemployment & underemployment.
When the wealthy leave, they also take the jobs with them.
