If guilty of fraud, these people should be made to forfeit all their assets, then imprisoned, then deported to their countries of origin after imprisonment, along with their families.

What’s worse then Foreign Org. Crime gangs defrauding and taking advantage of US Healthcare and insurance systems! I say we get a bit less civil and cut one of the hands off each of them — then deportation.

Were you just trying to set up a “conservative vs. liberal” debate on this thread?

What’s worse is when our own government cheats us and steals our money via schemes like Obamacare.

I support the death penalty for violent crimes, high dollar fraud and treason. Just shoot them!

High-dollar fraud is often as bad as murder: think of the good that could be done (including lives saved) with millions of dollars. The lost money is an opportunity cost to society. Yet this type of crime is almost always punished less severely than less-sophisticated crime. The reverse should be the case insofar as the perpetrators know more clearly what it is they do.

According to FBI agents one of the main thing was that treatments were medicly unnecessary…My question is how would FBI agents made that conclusion? How would they know if patient needs more therapy or not? Did they all of a sudden became medical doctors?Or FBI doctors who never even saw a patient concluded that patient is in perfect health…

To Russian Cutie….like the doctors know what is medically necessary. To them, as long as they get money for their services or prescriptions….its necessary. Doctors cannot police themselves. All personal injury fraud starts with the doctors. They make the call on what’s an injury and how serious.

Anyone who has handled No Fault claims knows that there is so much fraud going on, it is incredible. Accident victims are steered to Medical Mills from unscrupulous lawyers and receive every kind of medical specialty imaginable. And ususally there are multiple people in the vehicles going to the same doctors and receiving the same treatment. It is so obvious. These people should be sent out immediately for and IME. And the lawyers should be disbarred if caught. And who do you think is paying for all of this? You guessed it, us! P.S. I found most of these Mills were run by Russians.
