    I agree with Travelers and the Court. Simply said…personal responsibility for his actions. Everyone should be held accountable for their actions and not expect someone or some other entity to cover simple bad behavior. The Court got it right in assigning financial responsibility where it belongs, with the party that caused the damages, The insurer did not contract to cover this avoidable action.
