Perhaps Cuomo and his Progressive buddies should take another look at why New York is losing population and businesses. They are basically being taxed out of existence similar to what business owners are in Illinois. Obamacare has been shown to be the biggest job killer next to EPA in existence. Rates have skyrocketed since the bill was passed because the carriers know what is down the road for them if the bill is allowed to stand.
