      Per the article, he was the named beneficiary on the policy. Unless he is found guilty of wrong doing, I would say the policy should pay, upon the 365 day waiting period.
      We can gossip, and assume all that we want, the fact is the Judge did not see enough evidence to hold the guy, so, what can the insurance company do to decline the claim???

        I agree. Unless they can show wrongdoing on his part, after the 365 they need to pay up.
