The real justice here would be that the larger amounts being sought come from those “super rainmakers” who were given the guaranteed seven-figure draws while the partners doing the actual servicing of client business got figurative crumbs. The hotshots were the cause of the financial problem and they were the forst to jump ship – like good rats.
