Geico is the worst offender. Why doesn’t the N.J. Dept. of Insurance fine them BIG TIME, each time they are caught!!!
Probably because they don’t want to make the 800 pound gorilla angry. I bet NJDOBI had to approve Geico’s exit plan before Geico would commit to writing in NJ in case things don’t work out for them.
