Floss is a minor concern for inmates. In one prison is FL, confirmed case, they waited 6 weeks before treating an inmate with a broken arm. After 6 weeks, it was too late to cast the arm without rebreaking it and doing surgery so they left it to heal on its own, so the arm is now at an angle. There is no rehabilitation going on in prisons, that’s a problem.

I can’t say I feel sorry for the guy without knowing what sent him there to begin with. Some victim is probably still suffering as a result of him. Why do people think prisoners should be treated like they are at a 5 star resort? They are criminals. They enjoy reeking havoc on others.

Yea, let’s wait until they get out of jail, then give them the free medical care at the taxpayers expense.

“Santiago Gomez, the lead plaintiff, filed the lawsuit without an attorney.”

I guess you kinda overlooked that one sentence, huh?

Summary judgment: $500 Milllion is too stupid to even consider so “dismissed.”
