This global carrier touts its global “engineering” expertise and promotes an Admin. type person?

That is the best they can do? Not an encoraging sign to the producer and customer base.

    Who needs a technical education?

Imagine a plaintiff attorney asking this unit head to discuss under oath the technical aspects of and issues associated with issues with

    Environmental
    Marine
    Product Liability
    HPR in Chemical Processing

    What were they thinking?
