My Aunt had an annuity payable unpon her death through Aurora Insurance. The comapny did not pay the annuity to the estate of my Aunt and did not contact my father, her only heir, until he was 85, some 25 years later. He is now fighting them to get the money and they are giving him the run around. What can be done? She had this policy with Revlon in NYC many years ago. How can the money be estimated. It was for $2,100 per month with a 10 year guarantee.
