    Through our research into workplace safety, we’ve found that a great deal of workplace incidents are caused by human error (Up to 90%!). It seems logical to assume that in a poor performing economy, workers are more likely to give in to their default personality traits of irritability, distractability, and others that tend to lead to workplace incidents and injuries.
