    Wow. Maryland has to make sure it’s absolutely safe. How about flying, is that absolutely safe? How about driving? 40,000 people die on the roads every year. Maybe they should close their roads and airports until they are absolutely safe.

    They should have to pay a surcharge for natural gas purchases.

    I wonder if the University of Maryland’s Center for Independence from Middle Eastern Oil, would have come up with the same conclusions?
