Sounds like Rep. Sara Gideon is trying to bully the Governor into signing the legislation.

Sara must have been bullied into pushing for this legislation by workers who don’t want to work anymore and feel bullied when their employer tells them they have to work or get fired!

Just another case of the Democrats in Maine trying to make it the all encompassing nanny state they desire! With no personal responsibility or Accountability

I guess you all don’t believe workplace bullying is an issue. Well it is and I am witnessing it first-hand at my current workplace.

There may be no need to legislate a study on workplace bullying; however, it is a very real issue. Those who bully others usually do so because no one will intervene and let them know that bullying is wrong and will not be tolerated. The actions of bullies tend to escalate and eventually someone will be hurt. We’ve seen it in our schools. We don’t need to see it in the workplace as well.
