    So once again, it’s only about the money. They are saying splitting 1mil 16 ways is not adequate. Old people in a nursing home passed. Yes, very tragic, but what value did they have besides being a burden on their loved ones to pay for their care. I know I won’t go to a nursing home to die thats for sure.

    Disregarding all else after your first sentence, I agree.

    The guilty was charged (Andino) but was incompetent to stand trial, strike one. No money there.

    The facility was sued, OK as long as there was $10M to talk about. Now have to settle for the $1M split..not enough, lets keep going to see who elses pockets we can find.

    Enter the company that leased them the property. Really? and it is not about the money?

    Enter the property owner. Really? And it is not about the money?
