I could certainly believe that an insurance company could, and would, underpay claims to insureds, but … one must wonder how many hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayers money it cost to achieve this monumental victory of slightly over $1,000. increase for each of the 11 claimants. This thing has been in proces since 2011! One should also wonder ow much money went to lawyers.
