Hope that the workers comp carrier subrogates all expenses paid out against the husband of the co-worker for causing the problem.

The husband should definitely be held accountable for his actions; however, since what he did was intended and at least partially criminal in nature (murder-for-hire), there won’t be any insurance available to foot the bill. If the insurance company does subrogate, hopefully the husband won’t be incensed to the point of retaliation.

Are these people out of touch with the real facts? Subrogate against the husband? Mosely’s inability to stay focused on his job duties produced this whole ‘blank’ storm. He has the audacity to continue to mislead everyone including the courts. He’s had a history with his amorous behavior in the work place and even boasted about it to his coworkers. PTSD please. this guy is a coward in ever phase of his life. Face up to it, you got caught. Don’t blame workers comp for your indiscretions. Can everyone say insurance fraud.
