If they’re undocumented, how can they apply without DOCUMENTS? Same way TSA allowed a notice to appear in place of proper photo ID? If they’re here through proper channels this new “immigration” system isn’t even required.
Oh yeah, because ALL the illegals are going to line right up to buy auto insurance because if they don’t it’s against the law…and illegals don’t want to break the law…

I think any state that circumvents Federal immigration law like this should lose ALL of their federal funding, including FEMA.
