    This is brilliant. However, I think that requiring restraints is much better for everyone.

    My paternal grandfather used to allow his dog to lie on the floor.

    Under his knees, and just behind the pedals.

    Could I have a bird in the car with me instead?? I could put a perch up for it? I agree with Rep. Guererra, the need for such a law is just preposterous. Common sense is missing in the general public. Apparently unrestricted liberty kills good judgement…just because we can does not mean we should.
