My Mom taught me to never get in the car of a stranger. I don’t understand how Uber is any different? And why you would want to get in the personal car of a total stranger and let him drive you anywhere?

Do you know all the taxi drivers in your home city?

Sham of a lawsuit, but inevitable and correct outcome. Uber is shaking up the livery industry in a great way and will be afforded the proper protection (or legal moat rather) of being a technology company with no vehicular/physical assets.
