    This is what happens when the law limits networks and access. I am sure most of the consumers who bought into the law thought they were covered anywhere they went for treatment. Sorry, you are out of network so we will only pay a small portion of the bill. Thank you Obamacare.

    nothing to do with ACA, (Obamacare) I had Aetna a few years ago and had lab work performed at the in-network hospital, but the lab they contracted with was out of network. after several phone calls & several letters to lab& Aetna it was resolved. I was 58 years old and retired so I had nothing but time on my hands to drive them crazy. They relented but I am sure working person does not have the time to fight.
