    Does the term “sub prime” ring a bell? People were given loans who had no ability to pay loan payments. People are buying cars the same way as homes. In this case, 0 down and 72 months to pay. No equity in the car so they have to have GAP or they are in trouble if they total it out.

      I guess we can thank Obama for this one also. You know everything has to be fair, even if some don’t play by the rules. For us who do play by the rules we get to pay.

        Hey Old, it is only $5.4 million for Taxachusetts to provide this benefit. They are good at benefits there for a selected few. Somebody has to pay, guess who gets the bill.

          the same people who get the bill from texas when they request the federal government give them money to balance their budget every year – taxpayers
