    It isn’t very hard to stump the Maine Police. They haven’t heard of texting while walking or driving while texting.

    Living life via the Small Screen has become Death by Small Screen. And that doesn’t apply to just auto/pedestrian statistics. Hardly a week goes by that you don’t read where someone was accidentally killed by non-vehicular means because they couldn’t lift their eyes from their little digital world to see hazards in the physical world around them.

    In north Fl a large law firm has a van that delivers food to the homeless which provides the opportunity to encourage the homeless people to get hit and come to them – we have had a dramatic increase in accidents involving the homeless and they get the case every time – go figure

      Moe, 500 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean is a good start. We could close 100 Law Schools for 20 years and still have too many.
