The question the jury was considering is: ‘How much would Walmart have to pay to get it to change its ways?’ They settled on 1/1000 of their annual earnings. Like I said above, they won’t end up paying anywhere near this much when the appeals are all through.

Will they roll back the verdict once it’s settled? Just wondering.
