Selective Insurance Company of America, a subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group Inc. in Branchville, New Jersey, announced the following officer appointments.
Teresa Caro to senior vice president, New Jersey regional manager. Caro joined Selective in 1978, and has held a number of key field underwriting positions within the organization, most recently serving as vice president of underwriting for Selective’s New Jersey region.
Anthony Harnett to senior vice president, chief accounting officer. Harnett joined Selective in 1999 as senior accountant and has held various finance positions, most recently serving as senior vice president, corporate controller.
Yanina Montau-Hupka to senior vice president, chief risk officer. Montau-Hupka joined Selective in 2000 as senior reinsurance accountant. She has held a variety of leadership roles in Selective’s finance and operations areas.
Jeffrey Kamrowski to senior vice president, chief underwriting officer, commercial lines. Kamrowski joined Selective in 1988 as programming analyst and has held a variety of corporate leadership roles, most recently serving as senior vice president of commercial underwriting and operations.
James McLain to senior vice president, chief field operations officer. McLain joined Selective in 1996 as vice president and regional manager of Selective’s Pennsylvania region and has held a variety of field-based and corporate leadership positions throughout the organization, most recently serving as senior vice president, regional manager of Selective’s Southern region.
Ryan Miller to senior vice president, regional manager of Selective’s Southern region. Miller joined Selective in 1998 and has held a variety of key underwriting positions within Selective’s Southern region, most recently serving as vice president, field operations manager.
Chalina Lourenco to vice president, human resource operations. Lourenco joined Selective in 2008 as human resources manager and has held a variety of leadership roles within the organization’s human resource department, most recently serving as compensation director.
Joseph Patrickio to vice president, infrastructure engineering. Patrickio joined Selective in February 2016. Prior to that, he served as senior director at Wipro.
Jason Raider to vice president, underwriting. Raider joined Selective in 1993 and has held a variety of field underwriting positions, most recently serving as underwriting supervisor.
Thomas Salvia to assistant vice president, assistant treasurer. Salvia joined Selective in 2008 as SEC accounting manager, and was later promoted to treasury director.
David Zweier to assistant vice president, program manager. Zweier joined Selective in April 2016. Prior to that, he served as senior project manager at KPMG.
Selective Insurance Group is a holding company for 10 property/casualty insurance companies. Through independent agents, the insurance companies offer standard and specialty insurance for commercial and personal risks, and flood insurance underwritten by the National Flood Insurance Program.
