If they are not doing anything wrong, why the fight?

If Mass and NY have nothing to hide, why the big deal? If they have a smoking gun, why not share with the GOP? It would strengthen their position.

It seems obvious to me, it is a made up witch hunt to try to litigiously stifle Exxon’s attempt to grow using fossil fuels. Is there no end to the Dem’s underhandedness??

Basically, this is just the Republicans trying to get the AG’s to divulge their information in order to help their bed buddy Exxon, nothing more. It would not strengthen the AG’s position to have this information divulged so early in the case, it would potentially weaken it.

You are right integrity. By the way, how about that mystery money pay off to the Iranians on the hostage release. $400 million for 4 and they leave one hostage languishing in the Iranian prison. I understand they loaded up a pallet full of currency and gave it to them and they they said it wasn’t ransome. HMM!

I fail to understand why the science committee is suddenly in charge of securing “Freedom of Speech” rights. The congressman needs a better argument.
