In this day and age, info security is an obviously and basic requisite for businesses with PII data. My agency; QuieTrack has invested $millions to meet this challenge and will continue to do so. Success will be realized with efforts on many fronts; knowledge and training, advanced technical safeguards, constant reconnaissance, and swift justice.
Along with new rules, all state, federal and local enforcement agencies need to further ramp up their capabilities to locate and bring such criminals to a swift and public trial with hard penalties and jail time for those who seek to disrupt good businesses. And lastly our Federal government needs to lead and foster a cooperate environment around the globe to further deter foreign criminals.
