NJT Risk Management is an abject failure.

But then again, it’s not their money; it’s the taxpayers money, with contribs from the Federales.

Apparently NJTRM thinks that it is cheaper to settle the impending lawsuits than it is to install the PTC which they were committed to do by now. Instead, ZERO percent of the work has been done.

    BAD risk minimizing.

Perhaps distracted engineering? See any similarities between this crash and the last one where the train was going 106 MPH on a curve?
