Whew, I’m sure all the would-be criminals will stop committing murders and other crimes inside the parks/forests when they know that guns are banned. What a relief!

I find it amazing that Delaware’s Constitution, meanwhile, states that a person has the right to keep and bear arms “for the defense of self, family, home and state, and for hunting and recreational use.” But that the DNREC can then violate the right of defense by banning what are nationally the one of the safest and most law abiding group of individuals, concealed carry permit holders, the access with a concealed firearm. The judges argument in support is state agencies have an important governmental objective of keeping the public safe from the potential harm of firearms in parks and forests. How interesting that hunters can possess firearms which they will discharge given an opportunity at game animals, but an individual who only wants to possess a firearm for defense and is very unlikely to have to deploy said weapon is banned. If the State governmental objective of keeping the public safe from the potential harm of firearms in parks and forests is valid, which I feel it is not, then why do they allow hunting which in fact is a privilege but not self-protection which is a natural right of all humans?
Seems illogical at best and more likely that the judge in this case is another anti-gun liberal.

Know where else you can’t have a gun? A Drumpf rally. But, I didn’t hear any of his supporters complaining about that. At least respect yourself enough to be consistent and credible. I mean, how am I going to protect my family against the violence that constantly broke out at his rallies? Black guys getting sucker-punched, peaceful protesters getting thrown to the ground, Muslims being spit on, classy group of supporters there.

      What’s a Drumpf rally?

You can’t buy a gun without photo ID in most states. Dems like that rule, but can’t come to terms with their hypocrisy on the right of states to demand photo ID to vote.

Most people who buy guns will use them safely. Probably 99%, or more.

It’s guns that are stolen that are used in a hyuuuge majority of violent crimes.

But those who vote ILLEGALLY in states that don’t require photo IDs are usually the greatest threat to do the most harm to the Republic of the USA. Their motivation to vote illegally is largely driven by a Socialist or Communist agenda. That’s a fact, not speculation.

An illegally obtained gun can kill one person, maybe a few. Illegal voting can ‘kill’ an entire Republic over time.

Please adjust the vote totals accordingly, for Iowa.

Let us all know if that changes the eventual result of the election.

also; while you’re at it, please investigate ILLEGAL ALIEN votes and adjust each state’s totals accordingly. Let us know if Hillary still won the ultimately MEANINGLESS popular vote.

Planet’s link is seriously flawed. I’ve already seen this before. We will never be able to prove how many people vote illegally, however, we know loopholes exist, and many of these states have counties which have specifically campaigned on loser voting laws. There is no motivation behind that eh?

Some estimates say we have as many as 20 million illegals. If there is an exploit to vote, and we know it exists, you don’t think that 10% of Illegal Mexican would be able to pull off voting? I think it’s naive to think the numbers are as low as politifact tries to say.

I will however say there is no credible study on it, and I’ve asked Agent for them before. It is foolish however to say it isn’t significant. It has to be. People who illegally come here from another state would surely take the easy task of voting to get assistance.

and by that I am implying not the brazen behavior of coming illegally, but the difficulty of the task. People die crossing the border. Lots of them.

They are hard as heck workers. And for some reason you don’t think the will vote…

Here’s an easy bit of logic to follow on the illegal alien vote issue:

IF Dems win, Illegal Alien Trespasser Immigrants can stay in the USA.

IF Republicans win, Illegal Alien Trespasser Immigrants will be sent packing back to their homeland.

IF Illegal Alien Trespasser Immigrants can find a way to help Dems win elections, including voting illegally in US elections, they are highly motivated to do so by their self-interests.

Despite the air-tight logic used above, Libitterals will still argue that Illegals won’t vote illegally.

Although I am glad that anyone other than Hillary Clinton will be our next POTUS what does all of this rhetoric have to do with the fact that the DNREC is violating individuals right to self defense. I agree with JaxAgent that “I wouldn’t consider going to a state or national park without a weapon, period.” the problem with the logic is that in these anti gun east coast states they put people in prison for not following their weapons laws. So I guess this leaves the law abiding concealed weapons carrier no choice but to avoid parks and forests in the state. A shame that the true owners of the property, the citizens not the state, will be in actuality banned from the enjoyment thereof.
