I have had 2 surgeries and a tooth problem over the past 2 years. I took one pain pill for one and 3 for the other and none of them for the tooth issue. I found about 90 pills in my medicine closet leftover. It is a waste of money and resources to be handing out pills like candy. My deep pain was over in 2 days so a 5 day supply would have been plenty. Perhaps make the number of pills parallel the type or extent of the surgery or the expected pain.
5 day supply for acute pain? Christie is living in a dream world where severe pain subsides in five days after surgery. Creep.
