I wonder if this is his response to the recent news that Aetna may leave Connecticut for Boston, as did GE last year?
I doubt a Dem Governor would do such a thing without an underlying influence that is ‘revenue negative’ (i.e. lowers tax collections from Aetna to ZERO dollars).
