The results of this Reg 150 legislation: my car insurance renewal (from a carrier different than Liberty Mutual or Allstate) shot up 50%. I have a graduate degree and over 35 years of stable job history — and no accident or claims on my insurance in about 30 years. I guess people like me are the target audience for this legislation.
