Lockton Hires Cohen as Senior VP and Client Executive in Washington D.C. Office

Lockton, a global, privately held insurance broker, has hired Bruce Cohen as a senior vice president and client executive as it continues to grow its business in the Northeast.

Cohen brings to this role nearly 30 years of expertise in helping clients achieve their business goals. He has worked with clients to help them manage their complex global risk in the U.S. and Latin America for years, said Bob Connolly, president of Lockton’s Washington D.C. office, in a company press release.

Prior to joining Lockton, Cohen spent nearly 20 years at Marsh serving clients in Latin America and the U.S. He lived in Mexico City, and later Miami, Fla., where he worked with clients and trained hundreds of colleagues in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Cohen spent much of his time working with government contracting, technology, manufacturing and food and beverage clients. He specializes in multinational risk and international casualty placements. Cohen has solved complicated cross-border risk and compliance and service issues across all lines of coverage.

Cohen will be based in Lockton’s Washington D.C. office in his new role.
