In a clear cave in to the Plaintiff’s bar, Gov. Wolfe seems to decry the very same formulary that is used in the consumer health industry but, since that is supported by a different and more successful large lobby group, no one seems to mention it. I am not a fan of formularies personally as I think the physicians rather than the bean counters should control my medications but I am also not a fan of pharmaceutical companies being able to create demand with special deals to physician groups either. Not an easy situation but something definitely needs done.
