I wish Cuomo and Company would pay more attention to the need to lower NY taxes than climate concerns, Puerto Rico, and Roe v Wade. Our federal government can wrestle with these issues.

Our politicians need to address state income, sales, and property taxes to help NY citizens improve their financial lot in life. Failure to address taxes will result in citizens with the means to leave New York for greener pastures, leaving the tax burden to those who stay.

Good for the judge. Suit should not have been brought in the first place.

“…The city argued that greenhouse gases produced by the use of the industry’s products constitute a “public nuisance” – an illegal threat to community welfare,…”

Well, maybe NY should be the world leaders they think they are and be the 1st stop using it. PERIOD.
