Do you feel the same about all cases being tried in multiple states or just the cases you do not agree with? Shouldn’t we still leave this up to the individual states or do you not care about State’s Rights in this instance?
Hate to disappoint, but Government will not be doing the drilling in ANWR. They only gave permission for the oil companies to do it. Should get a nice return and then sell the LPG to Europe.

Baltimore has a horrific crime problem and loss of population. They should address those issues instead of blaming their problems on oil/gas companies.
We do know one thing for certain: people in Texas aren’t stupid enough to waste time on Climate Change lawsuits that will do nothing to slow down Climate Change . . .
I happen to live near Baltimore, which has its share of crime like most big cities do, it is also a vibrant and sophisticated metropolis with much to offer. Kudos to them for trying to lessen their carbon footprint. But I’m sure people in Texas don’t necessarily agree with that sentiment…
Libby, it has more than its share of violent crime and the leftist Democratic leaders there are a joke. It is losing population, cops don’t even want to respond to shootings. They just carry the body bags out after the shootings end.

I don’t find Baltimore in the top 100. But, I do find 3 cities in Texas in the top 100. What issues are they working on?

I would sue all the stupid people in Maryland that drive SUVs, vans, and trucks. Or the idiots that buy all the junk shipped from China.
