I can understand your question on the lack of criminal charges. However, I don’t understand why it has to come down to a blue state political comment. These comments on this blog are too much.
Have you thought that maybe the business owner just wanted their money back and that is why they pursued a civil case and not a criminal? Maybe they didn’t want to press charges.
So why wasn’t he charged for stealing from the owner? Is that not a crime in blue state Connecticut?
