    It is truly amazing how many people who claim to be religious, steal from those who truly are faithful.

    This is beyond sad. Also a lessen that even churches need audits once in a while.

    Wow. The little church I grew up attending hasn’t collected $1.2 million in their 70 years of existence. This church must make a fortune to not notice so much money missing. Even at our tiny little church, there was an elected Treasurer who put each week’s collection on the weekly report, along with line items including each bill the church had. Rarely did we have money for Vacation Bible School in the Summer and I’m very certain we never had enough money to steal. Times sure have changed.
