Plymouth Rock Assurance, a data-driven home and auto insurance provider in the Northeast, has expanded its home and auto insurance coverage to residents and agents in New York. This marks the first time the 37-year old insurance company has offered insurance in the state.
Plymouth Rock’s home insurance is backed by the Plymouth Rock Group of Companies, which write and manage over $1.4 billion in premiums.
To that end, Plymouth Rock also launched a new digital product for homeowners in New York to protect their properties, @Home by Plymouth Rock. Independent insurance agents and homeowners can now receive home insurance quotes and purchase a policy through @Home.
@Home uses provides fast quotes for virtually every home address in the six states in which Plymouth Rock operates. In most states, the home’s address alone is all agents and homeowners need to obtain a quote. Agents and homeowners are also able to customize coverage options based on their individual needs.
In addition to New York, @Home is also available in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
