George, I saw recently where PA Supreme Court ruled that the pandemic was a natural disaster, similar to that of a fire or hurricane. Thus, the Governor has the authority to shut down business. If this is similar to a hurricane, and there is no exclusion for virus on the policy, why shouldn’t business income be covered? At least in PA?
The article states that refunds should be mailed directly to the customer mid-May. Still haven’t received it and it is now May 29th. When can we expect this refund?
