Hilarious! With the near daily Scary Monster stories in the press, is there a single person in the Wester Hemisphere who doesn’t know fossil fuels create greenhouse gasses?????

“But your honor, Exxon didn’t tell me I shouldn’t put gas in my car!”

A better use of lawyer time would be to sue all the pushers of Scary Monster stories for misleading the public for so long with predictions of doom that have been nearly 100% wrong for decades.

LOL the republican jokers quick to defend big oil even while being poisoned by them. It doesn’t matter if you were aware of something, if they actively tried to conceal then the lawsuit has merit. If you don’t like it, maybe move to a country with a different legal system, snowflakes?

C’mon, Jon. Of course they like being poisoned. Hydroxychloroquine, Clorox shots, Chik Fil A, and Sean Hannity. They love our legal system when it isn’t doing something in support of gays and black people. A lot of them, including Rush, said they were going to leave when the ACA passed. They are still here. They aren’t going to a different country. Not even after the next 10 years when a majority of their remaining demographic is gone. What will Faux Newz do? Maybe that’s why Facebook is becoming the new Faux Newz. Fuckerburg sees a market opportunity. Oh look, there’s Carlson polishing his resume right now. Laura, you might want to think about doing the same thing.

Right, you just want to divert and talk about black on black or black on white crime statistics any time the idea of systemic racism is brought up. You’ve had systemic racism explained to you multiple times in multiple ways over the last few weeks. You get it deep down, you just don’t care and you’re racist.

Answer my question: Would you want your children treated the way black people are treated in this country? I’ve asked you a dozen times but you refuse to answer, yet you keep trying to claim systemic racism doesn’t exist. You know it does, you’re just not man enough to admit that you’re a racist. Everyone else long ago knew that about you.

            google this, Deep Thinker:

2018 U.S. Census Bureau statistics on Median Income by Ethnic Group.

Sneak Preview: there are about 15 ethnic groups whose income exceeds that of white people. Indian Americans are first. Taiwanese, Indonesian, Iranian, Korean, Nigerian, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino . . . ALL of them make more than the average white household according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

            Systemic racism.

And SO many of your arguments would come crumbling down if you admitted that yes systemic racism is real, wouldn’t they? You know it’s real. You know black people are treated worse than white people in this country. That’s why you’re too cowardly to answer the question.

Please explain to me how systemic racism does not apply to Indian Americans or Korean Americans or Nigerian Americans, but it applies to black Americans who were born here.

And if systemic racism does apply to all ethnic groups, and several of those groups make more money than whites, what is the exact impact of systemic racism?

You won’t, because you are at heart a liar and a coward. I’m guessing your narcissism won’t let you actually just admit to being wrong about anything.

You won’t even admit systemic racism exists, you don’t get to then define it. Answer the question.

Okay, here is my answer. I believe every individual has a different life experience than every other individual.

If you are black and educated and hard working and intelligent, I believe you will experience racism in your life. But it will not get in the way of your success.

If you are black and uneducated and don’t work hard, I believe racism will have a greater negative impact on your life.

if you are white and uneducated and don’t work hard, I believe you will have a very hard life. Maybe racism won’t come into play, but people treat poor, uneducated people badly.

Now, if the individual of whatever race is repeatedly sexually abused, I believe that is worse than the racism most black people who aren’t abused will experience. Or if a person is born with a terrible disease or birth defect or mental disorder. I would rather be healthy and educated and black than be mentally ill and white.

My point: people are individuals. Many lives are hard. Being black or white guarantees nothing.

            THAT IS NOT AN ANSWER.

You are deflecting again, why is it so hard to get you cowards to admit to something?

The question is very simple. It requires a yes or no. You answered with five paragraphs of BS because we ALL know the same thing, it’s what I’ve been saying since the beginning.

If you say Yes, you would want your children treated the way black people are treated, you’re lying. We all know it. You’re deflecting, and being dishonest with all of us in doing so. You know the truth, you’re just trying to continue arguing this racist every black person BS.

If you say no, then you are admitting that there is a problem with systemic racism, and if there’s a problem with systemic racism then there goes the floor on SO MANY of the things you’ve argued on this board for months.

Answer the question. Yes or no.

LOL your answer basically admits it upon re-read, but you’re still too cowardly just to answer.

If you think an educated hard-working black person is still going to see racism then THAT’S SYSTEMIC RACISM.

You immediately admit that a hard-working educated black person will likely STILL see racism and then you COMPLETELY avoid the issue to try and argue another topic completely. The point is, systemic racism is real and you know it. You’re just too much of a narcissist to admit you’re wrong about anything, and that is a mental health disorder. Get help.

Whatever you say Jon. The fact is you think you know far more than you do on the topic.

Man’s control on climate change may be negligible, as in they won’t stop catastrophic events. This is why when we debated I said the majority of scientists do not agree climate change caused by man can be catastrophic, and showed that the same consensus polls quoted by democrats show this. You called me a liar at the time, saying no one was saying or had to say it was catastrophic, what man caused.

But then I asked what I ask now: THEN WHY SPEND TRILLIONS AND RISK POVERTY AND GOVERNMENT SPENDING PROGRAMS WE CANNOT AFFORD AND WILL HARM PEOPLE?

You are the one lying on this. Not me. You are wrong on it. Not me. The left has tried to use this to pass policies for big government. And that is what is concerning. They use whatever they can to get power.

Also, I mean really, how would I even know these things about Biden if I were not actively seeking out truth? Can you even name much about Trump?

How about his proposed immigration reform, for merit based immigration and removing the issues which result in racial issues that democrats have been complaining about? But wait! Then democrats will say more black people don’t have educations so it has a disproportionate impact making it merit based! So we can’t do merit, it’s not fair (there are educated black folks who it is not fair to disregard merit by the way) we can’t do a numerical amount of black folks, because then countries which have less black people will have a lower percentage brought in relative to the population, and we can’t do percentages, because then a lower total numerically will come in. I have seen the democrats make each of these arguments racial, and then make it impossible to do anything. The problem is in trying to call things systemic racism which are disproportionate impact, because then EVERYTHING becomes racism. This is another thing I’m against on the left.

Also, the things they lie and say happen with the left, actually happened to Daniel Shrader, how do you crawl with your legs crossed? How do you crawl and not drop your hands after they say if you raise them I will shoot you? At which point he was crying saying please don’t kill me? If anything happened like this to a black man, there would be riots. Instead, no one cared about Daniel Shrader. 9 black shootings in 2019, and you guys caused millions or billions in damage, and people to be killed in cities as police couldn’t operate. The spikes were huge, black kids died, a 3 year old died, 5 people shot in CHAS, 30% upticks in deaths in Colorado, Minneapolis, as you guys fought the “system racism” of 9 deaths, and instead spilled out chaos showing how much the police do work. Yeah, I’m totally on board with that crap, the usual taking of things to meet your goals and screw the whole world in the process other than your dogmatic militant bull crap. I’m sick of your side. And in saying this, I feel disgusted if I do vote Biden, unless he condemns this.

“A global network of more than 500 knowledgeable and experienced scientists and professionals in climate and related fields have the honor to address to Your Excellencies the attached European Climate Declaration”

“non-profit organization run by dedicated volunteers comprised mainly of active and retired earth and atmospheric scientists, engineers, and other professionals.”

While it says engineers, many practicing engineers started in climate science, much like the green peace founder, and he mentions it in his video. A lot of climate scientists are basically geologists, with biology in the background and climate as well. Geologists also are engineers, and I know a lot on this because I insure them, and they do take the same courses as a climatologist.

Regardless, included in the list is: “comprised mainly of active and retired earth and atmospheric scientists,”‘

Racial violence has been building for a long time, because the president has been spreading dangerous xenophobic and racist rhetoric. He’s been directly empowering racists for the last three years, of course violence was going to reach a peak. The problem is, you know this and you know why, you just stay in denial because you don’t want to admit you’ve been complicit in clearly racist systems. No one is confused about this but you, and it’s feigned from you for certain.

2015 to 2019 black killings by police declined every year down to 9.

Violent crime in general was trending down, including racial. President Trump did not cause racial violence.

Racists are not why these issues right now are happening, the explosions in deaths are from trying to dismantle the police.

        The system is not racist.

9 unarmed shootings in 2019 is not racist. Police have issues, it is not due to racism. Daniel Shrader. Google it. Watch that video and tell me any black person in 2019 killed was comparable.

Here’s a bombshell: There is no such thing as black on black crime.

We don’t use the term in regards to white on white crime, or asian on asian crime, or mexican on mexican crime The only reason we use it is because white america coined the term to divert the conversation from white racism. Most crime is committed within race. That has more to do with proximity. When we use this term, you are implying that blacks are inherently more criminal and that is not true.

You are racist, and you are relying on racist rhetoric to deflect, as usual.

“Saying crime exists as a poor/wealthy issue doesn’t change that black people are disproportionately arrested by the system”

Blacks commit crimes at higher rates. Relative to their crime committed, and I already showed the numbers on this, they are jailed less often for violent crime than white folks.

This is not debatable. And here you are trying the lie I already caught you in, and you skirted it when I posted the data here saying it isn’t relevant to systemic racism. But suddenly it is now relevant to systemic racism. Black folks are not targeted, they commit crimes more.

            Allow me to illustrate this:

Women are jailed less than half as often as men. This is disproportionately targeting them yes?

            If not why?

BECAUSE MEN COMMIT MORE VIOLENT CRIMES. We already know this, and you use it on one end but not the other.

In the link I showed you, black folks committed 550,000 violent crimes, and white folks, making up almost ten times more population, committed about 50,000 violent crimes.

You explain to me, why the jail rates should be equal white to black. Do you accept those numbers are true? I can source it again. You are wrong.

            Sourced again.

Relative to their violent crimes committed, black folks get lesser sentences.

Now, on lesser crimes, they do indeed get higher sentences to a small degree, this often has to do with the slack the system gives for certain scenarios, not lined to race. Your GPA can account into it, whether you are in school, black in the ghetto, low level crime, you have nothing to get you out of the sentence, in other words. Is that bad for black folks? Yes. How do we solve it? More school. Is it systemic? Depends on how you qualify it. Is it due to them being black? Yes and no. It is not targeted due to their skin color, but more black folks are affected by it. Is disproportionate outcome racism? NO. I get so tired of this. So then, the obvious solution is get more black men into school and graduating. NOT to then harass the courts and burn crap down saying they deserve the same sentencing leniency as people who earned better sentences. I’m sorry. You need to end this nonsense.

Would I want my child treated like Condi Rice or Candace Owen or Thomas Sowell or Justice Thomas or Larry Eldridge or other conservative blacks who are called names like Uncle Tom by many people including you? No.

Was my child treated worse than average black people are treated by MANY people in the final years of his life? No doubt.

        Or maybe this guy,

        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BDGUSbkIo0

I didn’t see anyone laughing on the video with George Floyd.

Want more in which white people said nothing? The police have some issues, but it is clear it is not a systemic racism problem, it is an issue with individuals more than anything else, bad cops, which are the minority of cops, there are 800,000 to 1,000,000 cops. 9 police shootings of unarmed black folks cannot by systemic.

The fact is that the 2.5x delta on shootings is on a very low number of shootings as it is. As I said, 9 in 2019. It can easily be explained by how often black folks end up in interactions with police, largely due to the fact that they make up more of the violent crime and homicides in the country, 50% in the case of homicides last time I checked, and roughly the same for violent crime. When you have violent crime equal in both directions as well, it shows that one side is just plainly more violent than the other representative of their population, and their police interactions bear this out. You will never have equal outcomes because there are not equal scenarios. You are dumb as a door knob on this. Black men are not targeted. Not by any system in modern day.

Case in point, both George Floyd and the shooting in Atlanta (forgot his name) both had numerous interactions with the police before they died.

This is NOT justifying their deaths as I know you will airheaded reply saying.

Each time you interact with the police you are at risk, black or white. If you repeatedly get arrested, and repeatedly have warrants, or violent crime in your background, you’re likely to get into a more violent encounter with the police. This is likely why the Atlanta guy ran, by the way.

The cops are still wrong in George’s case. That doesn’t change it. It does however explain the delta over all, in their interactions with the police.

Again, Daniel Shaver had no justice, the cop was not charged. This is not a systemic issue, if anything, right now cops are being charged in ludicrous scenarios in which it would never normally occur (see Atlanta) with a charge that doesn’t fit what occurred. I could go over that but it will take too long and you’re just too stupid to keep up. Felony murder. What felony did the cop commit in the course of his murder and job? Stupid. Just stupid.

You’re not smart enough to have these conversations. The data clearly shows that black people are far more likely to be abused, beaten, incarcerated falsely or killed by the police than white people. There is no ALL interactions with the police. White people generally don’t fear for their lives when pulled over by the police, because they’re far less likely to be hurt or killed by the police. You’re pretending data that we ALL have seen doesn’t exist.

Wrong. The data do NOT show that blacks are killed more often by police. When you adjust for crimes committed or the number of interactions with police, whites and hispanics are killed at a rate that is double that of blacks.

Do black Americans suffer other indignities from the police at a rate higher than their crime statistics would justify? Perhaps.

            washingtonpost.com/opinions/if-you-dont-believe-systemic-racism-is-real-explain-these-statistics/2020/06/12/ce0dff6e-acc7-11ea-94d2-d7bc43b26bf9_story.html
“A study published last month of nearly 100 million traffic stops by police departments nationwide found that black drivers were far more likely to be pulled over than white drivers.”
“a study of police-shooting databases published by the National Academy of Sciences found that African American men were about 2 1/2 times more likely than white men to be killed by police. ”

A 2018 study exposed “profound racial disparity in the misdemeanor arrest rate for most — but not all — offense types. he black arrest rate was at least twice as high as that for whites for disorderly conduct, drug possession, simple assault, theft, vagrancy and vandalism.

But you want us to believe the data given to us BY THE POLICE is accurate? Remember, the police will just throw some planted evidence on a dead suspect more often than not if they can get away with it. Or leave a body and say they weren’t there. We wouldn’t have justice for George Floyd if not for it being recorded. The police that murdered Breonna Taylor STILL don’t have justice.

You know that you’re arguing nonsense, but it’s okay, I’ve got the data to prove you’re full of it. You don’t have to take my word for it. What do you have, racist?

Hey, Dufus, stop being a dufus. I admitted that police may harrass black people more than whites.

I simply disputed the notion they are killed by police more often than whites or hispanics.

Your first mistake is by adding “may”. They DO harass black people more than whites.

The second is, you’re trying to CONTINUE dismissing systemic racism against blacks. You’re trying to deny it anywhere you can to deny it everywhere. You admitted that the police “may” have some systemic racism, sure, but not THIS systemic racism. This is all nonsense, and deflects from the problem.

You KNOW the police as an institution is currently set up to persecute and harass black people more than whites.

You KNOW the housing market negatively affects black people more than whites.

You KNOW the education system disproportionately ignores black children more than white children.

You KNOW all of these ways the system has racism built into it’s foundation, but you continue to deny it wherever you can. You are the problem, Craig. You’re too stubborn and ignorant of other world views to ever see anything but your own interest, which is why this is about the time you try to deflect by posting videos of black conservatives, even though they make up less than 1/10 of the black population.

Your racism isn’t your fault, you’re just not smart enough to surpass it.

One case of the police treating a white man as awfully as they treat black people does not mean systemic racism isn’t real.

You are ignoring the fact that systemic racism exists on all levels, not JUST how many people are directly killed by police. It also has to do with the force with which black people are arrested for low level crimes, and the willingness with which the police pull over and harass black people even for doing nothing wrong.

Systemic racism is a lot bigger than just the police. It’s why realtors don’t show all their homes to black couples. It’s why black women are six times more likely to die in childbirth than white women. It’s why black medical students aren’t picked for residencies or are told “You took my friend’s spot” when they get in on merit. It’s why the education system fails black children, treating them as adults even though they’re children.

It’s also why black people are 3x more likely to be arrested than any other race.

You know systemic racism is real though, you’re just another racist trying to deflect from the issue. We all know this. That’s why none of you cowards will answer my question truthfully.

Would you want your children treated the way black people are treated in this country?

You, I’d actually expect to say yes, because you’re flat out a dishonest person. But we all know you’d be lying. The real answer is no, you wouldn’t want that. But you can’t answer, because that proves that you KNOW there’s a problem, you just don’t want to admit it because then you’d have to admit that you’re actually a vile racist.

          Answer the question.

You did not answer. It’s a yes or no question and you provided neither. You have refused to answer for weeks now, because you know it admits that systemic racism is real. You KEEP deflecting and trying to point at other things and running around it, why? We all know you’re racist, you can just admit it, no one cares. Literally no one here doesn’t think you’re racist dude LOL. Especially not the “Black friends” you claim to have, not if they know your opinions on black on black crime that you keep touting as a reason systemic racism can’t exist. You miss the point of my bringing that up. There were 9 cases of blacks killed in any way similar. So 1 case matters in those examples. This man was treated worse than any black man. Racism is strong, if it were there, you would see stronger than this, and more than 9 times.

“You are ignoring the fact that systemic racism exists on all levels, not JUST how many people are directly killed by police. It also has to do with the force with which black people are arrested for low level crimes, and the willingness with which the police pull over and harass black people even for doing nothing wrong.”

Something which you cannot prove, and their interactions with the police are often explained by other means. I have accounted for this, I just am not presently debating it, and evidently neither are you. Give me the numbers. I already know this stuff, and I can retort on demand. Give me one number and I’ll explain it. You didn’t give numbers above, I want a specific low level crime. Marijuana? The is explained away by education. Police do not pull over black folks to harass them, that is insane.

“Systemic racism is a lot bigger than just the police. It’s why realtors don’t show all their homes to black couples. ”

I would agree, some people do this, for it to be systemic, it would have to be both legal (it’s not) and encouraged by the employers (it’s not) saying you can find a guy who did it, is not the same as systemic racism.

“It’s why black women are six times more likely to die in childbirth than white women.”

Source required, and also, if this has to do with poverty or not having a doctor or proper care, that’s a different story. disproportionate outcomes do not mean racism. Are you actually implying the doctors killed these women? Are you that stupid?

” It’s why black medical students aren’t picked for residencies or are told “You took my friend’s spot” when they get in on merit.”

This is outright a lie. Source required.

“It’s why the education system fails black children, treating them as adults even though they’re children.” This is incorrect. Source and logic required.

“It’s also why black people are 3x more likely to be arrested than any other race.” Untrue.

“You know systemic racism is real though, you’re just another racist trying to deflect from the issue. We all know this. That’s why none of you cowards will answer my question truthfully.”

No, I’m someone that supports real solutions. George Floyd interactions to date deal with none of the above, you are deflecting.

“Would you want your children treated the way black people are treated in this country?”

YES. MOTHER @#%@ING YES, A HOLY HECK YES. I will explain why: As long as they took after me, and didn’t commit violence, they would be FAR safer than any white guy. FAR safer.

“You, I’d actually expect to say yes, because you’re flat out a dishonest person. But we all know you’d be lying. The real answer is no, you wouldn’t want that. But you can’t answer, because that proves that you KNOW there’s a problem, you just don’t want to admit it because then you’d have to admit that you’re actually a vile racist.”

Grow up. I am not a vile racist for disbelieving your nonsense. I tire of this. Go get help. You accuse the world of vile this and vile that.

Then a good route might be to legalize marijuana. The law on the books itself is not racist. Though also, the disparity does not mean black folks are being targeted. This is an actual report on it, done for the government.

            htt ps://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/rdusda.pdf

The fact is that factors do explain away the differences. Have you read these reports? I doubt it. You just hear the delta and assume racism.

You really are furious at my success aren’t you?

I lift 2 hours a day. It won’t change. What has changed is my rep range and I have grown a lot since April being forced to higher rep ranges where I live trying not to damage the place. My last lift was 100 pounds each arm dumbell flat bench for 20 reps for 3 sets. Unbelievably strong. Deadlift was 240 pounds for 50 reps, then a less than 10 second pause and 15 more. Also unbelievably strong.

You really want me to be a liar, and the reason is, you know somewhere inside what it means if you are doing what you do and it’s to good people. Somewhere inside you believe you’re good and couldn’t possibly do that. Well, you do. Every day you hurt good people in your fervor. And it’s time to stop.

Black killings by police were going down, better performance than Obama, but you know, because of words said, it was actually just bubbling below the surface!

And now, with people dying with the police unable to do their job, that’s actually the racism bubbling to the surface! It’s not a consequence of impeding the police…Or going out there being violent, or setting things on fire for no reason and pissing the public off at large, no no no, it’s Trump!

I am not racist, that is not an ok thing to say.

Also, again, deaths went down every year from 2015 to 2019, only 9 shootings in that year. That is not systemic racism. I keep repeating myself and you are just an idiot.
