Conner Strong & Buckelew, an insurance, risk management and employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm, has named 25-year technology leader Anil Jampana as its senior vice president and chief information officer.

In this newly created position, he will oversee all information technology functions and activities including technology operations, data and software development. Jampana has held a variety of senior level positions across a range of industry verticals. He most recently served as president and head of Business and Product Development at a startup developing informatics solutions to speed up new materials development. Previously, Jampana held positions at PPD Inc., Nutrisystem Inc., Fidelity Investments and AT&T.
