Johnson & Wales University is suing its insurer over financial losses caused by the coronavirus pandemic, alleging the company breached its contract because “it did not allow the university to claim pandemic-related economic losses”.

J&W said the American Guarantee & Liability Company’s “current policy does not have preventative pandemic-related coverage in its insurance policy to cover economic losses”.

So why is Johnson & Wales suing if the policy did not cover Pandemic Related Economic Losses, if the contract/policy J&W had with ins co did not cover Pandemic Related Economic Losses?

It’s like saying, Johnson & Wales did not cover students Books & Kitchen Utensils. Students must pay for their own books & kitchen utensils
So I’m going to sue Johnson & Wales for not covering my books & kitchen utensils since they don’t cover it! I think there are too many attorneys!
