Allfinanz, a multinational developer of e-commerce software for the global financial services industry, is offering xpertBridge, a software solution for distributors of insurance, investment and other financial services products.
The new solution was designed to permit cost-effective distribution of those products across multiple channels–agents and brokers, call centers and the Internet. XpertBridge’s goal is to streamline the sales process, bringing everything–including the back-office underwriting function–to the point of sale.
With that, an agent/broker or licensed call center representative with a laptop computer and an Internet connection, or even the consumer “web direct,” can close a fully underwritten transaction in under 25 minutes. By covering the full spectrum of insurance and investment products, xpertBridge can give established insurance and investment programs ability to maintain control over their desktop and provide their customers choice of when, where and how to interact with them.
The software is fully customizable, with a series of questions that branch out based on the applicant’s response. As the applicant’s data is inputted into the program, the software channels analyzes and logs the responses, formulating a firm offer of coverage in a matter of minutes.
