    Mr Julian James says he resolves to stamp malpractice. My comment is that he could well start with rooting out the admitted malpractice of Lloyd’s paying backhanders to Insurance Brokers as recently disclosed by Mr Spitzer New York Attorney General. This is not only illegal under UK law but also under EU competition Directive 82.
