Let’s see, if my math is correct @ $33 per share give or take, that’s $77 million, give or take. It is truly amazing, how this industry continues to promote, forgive and credit people who for most part a few decades ago wouldn’t have been given the time of day.
You have to wonder, how the employees of Willis feel, having known quite a few of them from days at A&A, many of whom I hired, and who have been pretty well beat up all in the name of profit.
Joe Plumeri is entitled to look out for his best interests like any other American. Putting all your eggs in one basket is foolish even if you are the one watching the basket. Just ask all the former Reliance employees who are still working because their retirement nestegg in Reliance stock is worthless.
