    On March 25, 2003, you submitted additional medical information. On March 25, 2003, Claim Representative XXXXXX sent to you a letter stating the medical report you provided indicated your complaints were not related to the loss and the maximum benefits under medical payments coverage have been paid. I am sending you a copy of this letter.

    I\’m not one to complain, BUT from the best of my recollection…every attempt to get my treating physcians hospital, 1-13-1998 [Ortho-Neuro], your team blocked me out.

    In Summary: Overall, there seems to be a lot of work ahead of you with your disabilities, we sincerely regret if this has caused you any addition harm, from my lack of medical professionalism.

    The article reports Lloyd\’s was \”wiped out\” after paying $6B in Katrina / Rita claims in 2005. But it\’s first half profits in 2006 are a staggering $2.5 B.

    So it really wasn\’t wiped out.
