    If the Brits can solve this (and I am certain they can) then why can’t we have a National Tort Reform Act ? Yes, yes, I know – the insurance industry wants to be State regulated but darn it – we’d get more bang for our lobbying buck w/ some sort of National standards for handling (in my own personal opinion)
