Cooper Gay, the UK-based independent global wholesale broker, which combined with Swett & Crawford in July, has restructured its London based marine and energy reinsurance team to target continuing growth in market share.
Steven Herbert has been made Head of LMX, Phil Fox becomes Head of UK & Europe and Jim Hamilton-Grant has become Head of International, within the marine & energy reinsurance team. They will report to Andrew Hitchings, Managing Director of Reinsurance at Cooper Gay & Co Ltd.
“The internal appointment of these three experienced and highly-skilled individuals from within Cooper Gay’s 51-strong reinsurance treaty division will ensure that the team further enhances its ability to offer excellent client service and response,” said the bulletin.
