What a crock. People are driving less to save fuel because so many are out of work. If you drive a lot less you are less likely to crunch your car and/or get injured or killed.

Water Bug, they are talking about the Middle East where gas is cheaper. Middle East drivers are the worst I have every seen. They will cut out in front of you almost daring you to hit them. I live in Dearborn and they still think they are Lebanon driving like maniacs.
